What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a series of meetings between a life coach and a client during which the coach helps the client produce extraordinary results in his or her life, career, or business. It is a process which examines a specific personal or professional goal of an individual by determining what is going on right now, discovering what obstacles or challenges there might be, and choosing a course of action.

You, the client, are the only expert in your entire life who truly knows who you are and what you need. You are the only expert who can recognize what is absolutely best for you.
